Hauptbahnhof is the railway station of Hamburg.
International trains. In service since 1906, it is connected to other modes of public transport. It is well served by four underground lines and six S-Bahn lines, making it the second busiest station in Europe after Paris-Nord (no direct train to Paris). From the main station, you can go to all the surrounding cities, Lübeck, Lüneburg, Kiel or start a German road-trip by going to Berlin, located only 1h45 away by train.
