In a sleek and design black and white decor, you can enjoy a cuisine that revisits German classics and also offers Scandinavian or more Asian influenced dishes. Many meat dishes and tartars, but also gravlax, tuna tataki and fish dishes with saffron. The atmosphere is chic, hushed and soothing, the room being mostly lit by candlelight. The truffle purée accompanying the braised oxtail is a must. Very large choice of French or German wines. A nice address for a romantic dinner.
