This little jewel is a real institution in the neighborhood. KB1 offers refined, no-frills cuisine in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The dishes, which mix French inspiration with creative cosmopolitan touches, are prepared by a team of passionate chefs and the owner, Andreas, who is also the cook, attaches particular importance to the use of fresh, seasonal and regional products, such as goat cheese from Schleswig-Holstein or asparagus from the neighboring Länder.

Die Küche konnte sehr gut auf individuelle Vorlieben und Allergien eingehen. Das vegane Menü meiner Tochter (vorher per Email angemeldet!) war sehr gut und hat sie glücklich gemacht.
Das Personal war aufmerksam und sehr freundlich ohne aufdringlich zu sein.
Lediglich die Lautstärke des Lokals hat uns alle sehr angestrengt. Teilweise konnte ich nichtmal verstehen was meine Sitznachbarin gesagt hat. Da würde ich mir sehr wünschen wenn in dem kleinen Raum schallschluckende Elemente installiert würden.
Insgesamt ein angenehm unprätenziöser Ort um sehr gut zu essen. Die Qualität der Lebensmittel waren herausragend. Sehr schön.
