Delicious, original and trendy German and Austrian cuisine on the first floor of the beautiful 25hours Hotel HafenCity.

The 25hours team never ceases to surprise us with this amazing table. The view of the harbor and the construction sites of the HafenCity is good, as is the original and trendy decoration, which mixes several elements evocative of Hamburg, such as Persian carpets, ship wood and containers. German and Austrian recipes are interpreted brilliantly, such as the Frittatensuppe (beef broth with strips of salted pancakes) or game dishes. The risotto with red wine and mountain speck is to die for.

Das Ambiente sowie das Personal waren für mich bereits 5 Sterne wert, aber das Essen hat mich gefühlt auf einen anderen Planeten katapultiert. Ich habe selten so ein gutes Roastbeef gegessen! Die Soße war perfekt *einmal bitte in fett und unterstrichen* abgestimmt. Ich bin einfach nur wahnsinnig begeistert! 100%ige Empfehlung!

Service war nett, das Ambiente sehr gemütlich. Es gibt eine ausreichend grosse Karte. Die Preise waren etwas gehobener aber es war auch alles sehr lecker und es steckte einfach viel Handwerk drin.
Der alkoholfreie Sekt war nicht gut. Da gibt es sicher bessere ;-) ist aber Geschmackssache.
