Delicious, original and trendy German and Austrian cuisine on the first floor of the beautiful 25hours Hotel HafenCity.

The 25hours team never ceases to surprise us with this amazing table. The view of the harbor and the construction sites of the HafenCity is good, as is the original and trendy decoration, which mixes several elements evocative of Hamburg, such as Persian carpets, ship wood and containers. German and Austrian recipes are interpreted brilliantly, such as the Frittatensuppe (beef broth with strips of salted pancakes) or game dishes. The risotto with red wine and mountain speck is to die for.

Sehr leckeres Essen ( Zwiebelrostbraten, Selleriesuppe, Pannfisch) , schönes stimmiges Ambiente. Die Bedienung ( ich glaube sie hieß Anaka) war super aufmerksam, sehr freundlich und schnell. Ihr würden wir gerne 6 Sterne+ geben.
Wir kommen beim nächsten Hamburg Besuch definitiv wieder.

Lekker uit de Duitse keuken, maar dan geen schnitzel of bratwurst. Geen al te uitgebreide kaart, maar wel voldoende variatie. Sfeervol en gastvrij.

An sich ein schönes Restaurant mit toller Ambiente. Allerdings die Trennung der Malzeiten auf Mittagstisch und Abendessen ist sehr unglücklich. Um 16 Uhr durften wir noch keinen vernünftigen Hauptgericht bestellen, nur Currywurst oder Fisch aus der Mittagsspeisekarte. Im Endeffekt haben wir das Restaurant verlassen. Der Abend wurde somit verdorben. Im Reservierungsportal stand keine Information über die Besonderheit. Sehr schade!
