The ceviche bar is an excellent place to discover Peruvian cuisine and taste the best ceviche in the city.
Peruvian chef Saavedra Jerson makes the best ceviche in town here. In the ceviche classico, the sea bass is accompanied by white onions, sweet potatoes and cancha (roasted corn). The "leche de tigre", which is not milk at all, but a lime juice with garlic and coriander, is added to the dish to give it a certain acidity, but it is what makes this raw fish dish so unique. And it is truly a treat! The quinoa beer is a perfect accompaniment to the ceviche.
