A Japanese restaurant of great refinement, with an original, creative and surprising cuisine in the Hoheluft district.

Far from the classics, this Japanese restaurant offers a cuisine of rare refinement. Chef Toshiharu Minami, trained in Germany and Japan, likes to mix genres. While sushi, tempura and miso soups have become almost commonplace in Japan, Minami does not hesitate to surprise by introducing veal or pumpkin in his salmon or tofu recipes. The sober, calm and elegant restaurant is a choice setting for these fresh culinary creations worthy of a great table.

Food not really delicious according to Japanese standards, dishes are a bit overpriced, the service is slow. Used to be much much better! (Lunch on 27.09.2014)

Das Stück Artischocke was als Gruß aus der Küche kam, hat mich am meisten begeistert. Geschmacklich teilweise sehr gut, manches war für mich aber auch etwas geschmacksarm.
Es lief keine Musik und die Lautstärke war angenehm.

一个精致街边餐厅。菜的量很少，不是精致，是真的少，至少对于这个价格来说很少。价格有点虚高，寿司和刺身各30€以上，服务员友好地询问刺身要不要配米饭，因为不配米饭怎么会吃得饱。和风前菜味道很好，每人还送有一小筐小菜（三个）和餐后mini小点心。寿司和刺身就是普普通通，不值这个价。dessert菜单上不会写种类也不会写价格，15€一份（天价），但是味道相对于他家寿司来说是值这个价钱的。
