Housed in a small glassed-in villa in Uhlenhorst, Amaranto is a charming wine and tapas bar that is popular with locals. The focus is on fresh, quality products and a selection of hot and cold tapas (including patatas bravas, beet carpaccio, artichoke hearts, fried calamari, fennel sausage, scallops, etc.). In addition, there are other daily dishes inspired by Spanish cuisine that change according to the season. The wines are very carefully selected.

Interessantes Restaurant. Preisleistung allerdings wirklich in meinen Augen nicht angemessen. Zum Beispiel fünf simple Garnelen in Olivenöl für 14,90 €. Insgesamt sehr teuer, auch für Tapas. Ansonsten geschmacklich alles top, keine Frage. Irgendwie etwas aus dem Rahmen gefallen.

Tolle Tapas- und vor allem Weinbar. Bei schönen Wetter sitzt es sich draußen wunderbar zwischen Efeu und Lavendel. Die Auswahl der Tapas ist sehr gut, die der Weine ebenso. Die Bedienung ist super freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Empfehlung der Weine war top. Der Nachtisch schmeckte auch sehr gut. Das AMARANTO ist unbedingt zu empfehlen, und wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Abend mit einem Gläschen guten Weins.

Die gebackene Aubergine ist der Hammer, das Personal total nett, die Preise berechtigt und die Aufmachung super gemütlich, kann es echt empfehlen für Dates oder einfach mal so????
