Excellent Italian cuisine in this trendy restaurant in St. Pauli.

In the heart of the St. Pauli district, this trendy restaurant is home to many of Hamburg's celebrities. The Beatles sometimes went there! It has a tradition of Italian catering and has been serving excellent transalpine products, with a particularly tempting choice of wines, since 1905. Although located in what could be called the street of thirst of St. Pauli, the establishment is distinguished, so we combine the two atmospheres, which is probably why the whole of Hamburg loves it... Ehrlich gesagt überbewertet. Schon beim Eintreten war klar, dass man dort besser Stammkunde / Familie / Freund sein sollte. Wir wurden erstmal für eine eingehende Begrüßung stehen gelassen. Service ist freundlich, könnten aber deutlich aufmerksamer sein. Die letzte halbe Stunde saßen wir auf dem Trockenen. Das Essen ist solide, aber kein Highlight. Bewirtungsbeleg und Beleg war handgeschrieben, was merkwürdig wirkt, bzw. war es kein richtiger Bewirtungsbeleg. Fazit: Hamburgs Kult Italiener kann man machen, muss man aber nicht. Da bietet Hamburg deutlich besseres.

Tolles Essen, tolle Bedingungen und tolles Ambiente. Zu einer Fahrt nach Hamburg gehört für mich das Cuneo:).

Wir waren vor einem Theaterstück im Cuneo. Wir hatten eine gemischte Fischplatte für 24 Euro. Leider nur viele Miesmuscheln, etwas Oktopussalat und eine Garnele.
Danach Paillard, leider ohne jegliche Beilagen und Saltimbocca.
Am besten war das Panacotta.
Lieber Nudeln wählen.
