Hobenköök is an excellent restaurant to enjoy fish specialties cooked with care, finesse and originality.

This name takes us straight to Northern Germany. Hobenköök, in Plattdeutsch, means "Hafenküche", the harbor kitchen. But this is far from the traditional Gasthof. The industrial setting, made of wood, steel and concrete, anchors us in the modern world. The cuisine is original, well executed and beautifully presented: grilled eggplant with pea puree and berries or fish with roots. The beer "Broid Neipa", thick and cloudy, is brewed specially by Wildwuchs Brauwerk for Hobenköök. In the evening, a 5-course menu.

Wir waren zu zweit an einem Freitagabend zum Essen da. Sehr freundliche und entspannte Atmosphäre mit wirklich besonderem Essen. Vorspeise, Hauptgang und Dessert haben uns total überzeugt! Ich glaube, ich hatte das beste Rindfleisch, das ich je gegessen habe! Der Service war auch wirklich klasse! Nicht zu aufdringlich und sofort zur Stelle wenn man etwas benötigt hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Åbent køkken i rustikke omgivelser. Der er forskellige retter alt efter hvilken dag det er. Maden er dejlig, fik et stykke velsmagende fisk i en ærtepure.
Der findes ligeledes en butik hvor det er muligt at købe en række økologiske varer, også frisk grønt og kød.
