Hobenköök is an excellent restaurant to enjoy fish specialties cooked with care, finesse and originality.

This name takes us straight to Northern Germany. Hobenköök, in Plattdeutsch, means "Hafenküche", the harbor kitchen. But this is far from the traditional Gasthof. The industrial setting, made of wood, steel and concrete, anchors us in the modern world. The cuisine is original, well executed and beautifully presented: grilled eggplant with pea puree and berries or fish with roots. The beer "Broid Neipa", thick and cloudy, is brewed specially by Wildwuchs Brauwerk for Hobenköök. In the evening, a 5-course menu.

Waren mit ner Großen Gruppe zum frühstücken da und es war echt mega. Die Location bis zu dem lockeren Personal direkt einfach beim eintreten ehrliche Gastronomie gespürt. Frische Produkte hat einfach Spaß gemacht. Musste mal kurz warten auf eine Getränke Bestellung aber das ist kein großes Ding. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück hat großteils alles geschmeckt genug Auswahl und nach dem Essen eine Runde durch den Markt zu schlendern ist halt einfach mega!!! Komme gerne wieder wenn ich in Hamburg bin!!!

Das Essen war schmacko! Es wird viel Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit und saisonale Küche gelegt. Die Verknüpfung von Restaurant und Markt erzeugt eine interessante & einladende Atmosphäre, in der man sich nicht satt sehen und essen kann. Tolle Produkte im Markt. Auch den lockeren und nahbaren Kontakt mit dem Personal empfanden wir als sehr angenehm! Absolut zu empfehlen.
