Cölln's is a historical and well known restaurant in Hamburg. It exists since 1760, which makes it the oldest oyster bar in Germany! The restaurant consists of different small private rooms, giving the place a very intimate, somewhat secret atmosphere. The staff is pleasant, smiling, and the owner even speaks French. He will be happy to explain the menu and the typical dishes in the language of Molière. At Cölln's you can taste modern German specialities like Labskaus or Königsberger Klopse.
