Brasserie is the restaurant of the Tortue hotel, which, as the name suggests, offers French cuisine. The dishes are conceived with finesse, subtlety and refinement. The beef bourguignon for example is of a rare tenderness. As for desserts, you will find the inevitable crème brûlée, the traditional cheese plate or the succulent strawberry and mascarpone dessert. Of course, we will accompany everything with a glass of local wine. By its incredible quality, the breakfast deserves to be underlined. Everything is good and we ask for more.

Edit: Ich habe im Nachhinein mein Geld zurück bekommen
Vorspeise hatten wir die Zwiebelsuppe und den Ziegenkäse und als Hauptspeise hatte ich die Rinderroulade - die war wirklich top. Würde ich wieder bestellen. Als Nachtisch gabs noch Eis. Zusammen haben wir 130€ für 2 Personen bezahlt.
