Wir hätten dort gerne übernachtet, jedoch wurde unsere vor Wochen getätigte Buchung ohne Angabe von Gründen seitens der Unterkunft einfach storniert. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt, als Reisender möchte man sich doch auf seine Buchungen verlassen können und nicht auf einmal ohne Unterkunft da stehen.

Foto’s op het einde van het verblijf. Zeer mooi appartement, alles voorzien. Enkele parkeerplaatsen op de binnenkoer, vriendelijke ontvangst. 15 minuten wandelen tot metro die je zeer snel naar het centrum brengt. Omgeving ok. Ideaal als uitvalsbasis richting Hamburg.
Als we terugkomen naar deze stad verblijven we hier terug. Ik zou 6 sterren willen geven als het kon.

Stornieren ohne Angabe von Gründen die seit Wochen bestehende Buchung. Keinerlei Angebot für alternative Unterkünfte. Dem Betreiber sind die Kunden egal. Ganz schlechter Service.

Sehr nette Leute am Empfang
Leider ist er nur bis 14 Uhr besetzt.
Es sind 3 kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden, doch diese sind meistens belegt. Sie haben kostenpflichtige Parkplätze, aber auch hier die Devise, wer zu erst kommt???? sonst muss man ins Parkhaus und das kostet am Tag 20 Euro.
Zimmer sind mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Das schöne, bei unserem Zimmer war ein Balkon dabei ???? die Innenausstattung war OK und für uns ausreichen, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt

Eine schöne Unterkunft mit sauberen Apartments und moderner Einrichtung. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage kommt man auch innerhalb Hamburgs schnell an sein Ziel. Zur Not gibt's ja schlussendlich auch noch den ÖPNV. Die Fahrt durch Hamburg mit dem PKW hingegen ist eher unschön, da Staus einem hier den letzten Nerv rauben, insofern war die Anreise nicht ganz so optimal.
