A beautiful hotel of great standing whose design recalls the bourgeoisie of the 1950s.
Housed in a 1950s red brick building that once housed the offices of coffee merchants, this hotel plays up the 1950s charm. The rooms, decorated in the style of the coffee agents' offices with dark wood panels and designer furniture, are comfortable but lack a little charm. The sauna, on the top floor, has a very pleasant terrace with a breathtaking view of the river and the new Elbphilharmonie.

Außerdem ist das Hotel mega hellhörig, wir wurden vom Zimmernachbarn nicht wirklich nett darum gebeten, etwas leiser zu sein (morgens um 10 und unser Sohn stürzte kurz zuvor). Also alleine oder als Paar ganz gut, als Familie werden wir nicht nochmal hin fahren.
