Das Tortue ist derzeit eines der angesagtesten Hotels/Restaurants in Hamburg. Neben einer herausragenden, asiatischen Küche im Jin Gui wird auch das ungewöhnlichste Frühstück der Stadt in der Brasserie serviert. Wir waren besonders begeistert von den exzellenten Tartines, z. B. mit frischen Krabben, oder Egg Benedict, alles frisch zubereitet aus der mittig im Raum angeordneten Show-Küche kommend. Auch unsere Kinder haben sich wunderbar gefühlt - und wurden sehr herzlich vom ganzen Team betreut.

Chices Hotel, tolle Zimmer, klasse Restaurant. Tiefgarage ist gegenüber. Man kann mit etwas Glück vor dem Hotel kurz parken, muss dann aber umgehend in eine externe Garage.
