Das Hotel ist super. Leider fehlen auf allen Toiletten Feucht Tücher . Für ein fünf Sterne Hotel ein Mangel. An der Rezeption mussten wir fast 30 Minuten warten. Eine schon vor Wochen bestellte Sonderleistung wurde nicht erfüllt. Sehr ärgerlich. Der Zimmerservice war gut . Ich warte noch heute auf eine Erklärung, Entschuldigung für das Versäumnis.

Natürlich ist die Elbphilharmonie DAS Wahrzeichen der Stadt Hamburg und eine Übernachtung scheint hier toll. Tatsächlich ist das Hotel recht kühl im Ambiente, das Personal nicht auf besonders hohem Niveau unterwegs und insgesamt kommt hier kein Flair jeglicher Art auf. Lediglich in den Suiten ist es wirklich schön. Für das Geld einfach etwas anders buchen und wirklichen Luxus genießen. Es ist hier ganz ok. So unsere Wahrnehmung. Ab 20:00 uhr ist die Plaza Bar geschlossen

War jetzt 2 Nächte da .Bin von dem Haus einfach begeistert. Das Zimmer, die Aussicht, die Lage direkt in der Philharmonie .Im SPA Bereich konnten ich mich super erholen. Aber was mich am meisten begeistert hatte war das Personal . Alle waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell .Besonderen Dank an die Frauen Hermann und Müller.
Dankeschön und ich hoffe wir sehen uns bald wieder.
