If you like being by the water, The George is the right hotel for you to explore Hamburg. Located along the Alster lake, it allows you to reach the city center and its attractions on foot, not to mention the many restaurants that are right next door. We really like the decoration, which is rather busy but still elegant, and which takes the codes of the English social club (you will notice many so British references). With their original designs and artwork, the 125 rooms do not lack character.
