We particularly appreciate the retro decorative elements in the rooms: the dial telephone, the globe light, the doors as headboards. Fantastic hotel, am really glad I chose it - just happened upon this hotel brand online. Great decor and vibe, friendly and helpful staff and a unique place as it used to be an old Victorian era customs house, and they did a great job of re-imagining the space. I definitely would stay here again, and would recommend it to friends.

Wir sind regelmäßig hier, um etwas Abstand vom Alltag zu gewinnen. Ich schätze den unprätentiösen, aber geradezu perfekten Service sehr. Die duzen einen, aber das heißt ja nicht, dass der Service leiden müsste. Im Gegenteil, gerade diese lockere, ungezwungene Atmosphäre bei perfekter Leistung gefällt mir sehr. Und dann der Charme des alten Gebäudes, in dem man moderne Zimmer vorfindet. Nur einmal war der Fernseher defekt - trotz schneller Inspektion blieb er kaputt. Wir mögen das Frühstücksbüffet sehr: Bestes Brot, Bircher-Müsli und Matjes. Zur Sauna-Benutzung kann man ins benachbarte Schwester-Hotel. Like it.

Sehr schönes Hotel in einem alten Backsteinhaus in der Hafen City. Altes und Modernes sind im Design toll vermischt. Service und Ausstattung sind wirklich toll und glänzen mit vielen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten. U-Bahn und mehrere Bushaltestellen um die Ecke.

Spontan ein Zimmer gebucht da abends in Hamburg gestrandet. Personal sehr freundlich, gerade das Front Office/Rezeptions sowie Bar Personal abends.

Kleine aber sehr feine Konzepte die für mich festhalten dass ich 25hours wohl öfters buchen werde und vielleicht mein "Stammhotel" für Hamburg gefunden habe. Gerne jederzeit wieder!
