A charming hotel housed in a beautiful house dating from 1891, on the edge of the Alster. The rooms with a view of the canal are a bit more expensive, but really worth it! The hotel's Italian restaurant Viano offers delicious Swabian specialities.

Zum Service nachdem ich ausgecheckt hatte ist mir auf gefallen dass sachen fehlen konnte bis heute nix geklärt werden und die leute wahren such sehr unfreundlich was die hilfe betraf werde dort nie wieder mir ein zimmer buchen und ich empfehle immer auf eure Wertsachen zu achten

Ich war bereits das 2. Mal im Hotel Alsterblick, und auch dieses Mal hat es mir sehr gefallen. Es ist ein wunderschönes Hotel mit einem sehr schönen Ambiente und sehr netten Mitarbeitern. Schön wäre allerdings für mehr Stauraum und eine Sitzmöglichkeit (Hocker o.ä.) im Badezimmer zu sorgen und vielleicht die Schutthaufen von der Renovierung zu entfernen. Außerdem ging leider unser Zimmerschloss nicht wirklich, sodass wir mehrfach die Rezeption um Hilfe bitten mussten. Aber das sind alles Dinge, die sich schnell beheben lassen und ich kann das Hotel mit der tollen Lage sehr empfehlen!

Stay was very pleasant - the hotel is historic and quaint and well appointed with modern conveniences. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the room was very clean and had modern conveniences particularly in the bath. Location in the city center was nice with a quite nice view of the lake. I look forward to staying at the hotel again.
