The Sommerdom is one of the three editions of the Hamburger Dom. This big fair, reminiscent of Munich's Oktoberfest, takes place three times a year, each edition lasting one month: this adds up to three months in the year, making the Dom one of the biggest festivals in Northern Germany. It attracts the whole city for four weeks on the Heiliggeistfeld: Ferris wheel, roller coaster, rides, etc. You can wander between the attractions with a cotton candy or a corncob in your hand, before having a beer or roasted almonds.
