A nice street rebuilt after the war.
This street in the Komponisten-Quartier was rebuilt in 1967-1970 in imitation of the residential houses of the 17th-18th centuries under the auspices of the Hamburg entrepreneur Alfred Töpfer, patron of numerous sponsoring companies. The facades of the beautiful red-brick houses can be seen here. The whole is harmonious, but lacks a little animation. One has the feeling of crossing a film set; which is not completely false since the street is regularly used for film shoots or advertising spots.

Contraste historique
Situé dans un quartier sans charme particulier plutôt moderne cette rue apporte un contraste historique par son ensemble de bâtiments d'habitations et leurs façades décorées.

Quartier aux immeuble en brique rouge assex typique. Sympa pour flanner mais peu de chose a y faire au final!

La Peterstrasse recueille le musée de Brahms ainsi que 6 autres compositeurs. Rue pavée, élégante et quartier très calme. La visite est intéressante mais tout est écrit en allemand. Possibilité d'avoir la traduction en anglais et si vous tomber sur une charmante dame elle vous fera la visite guidée dans un français parfait....
