The Bonbonmanufaktur of the Hofer family is an excellent organic confectionery in the Schanze district.
In their pretty shop in Sternschanze, the Hofer family makes wonderful handmade sweets that have the added bonus of being organic! The recipes are based on over a century of tradition. The sweets are made by hand and with old machines purchased from a museum in South Tyrol. And there is something for everyone: marshmallows, lollipops, sour sweets, vegan licorice, organic nougat, etc.
