A famous ice cream parlour in Uhlenhorst, with natural ice cream, without additives.
Here, no scoops but large Italian-style spoons placed directly on the cone, for generous and creative artisanal ice creams. The flavors, which change every day, are as surprising as they are exquisite: sesame crunch, maple syrup pancake, litschi, honey, rhubarb, elderberry and more! The fresh milk used to make the ice creams comes from a farm in Rellingen, northwest of Hamburg. The ice creams are made without additives: no preservatives, no artificial flavors or colors.
