"Eat here as at home" is the motto of this sumptuous cellar in the town hall. You can have lunch in a cosy and intimate setting under the heavy vaults in this charming setting with its mix of Gothic and Renaissance styles. However, the cuisine, typically German, is a bit uneven: hearty, but not particularly fine. That said, the service is quite nice. Large selection of beers. To be preferred for the historical setting more than for the quality of the dishes!

Beautiful setting but a little disappointing meal. Certain products seem to leave directly one tin. But that probably depends on the chosen dish. This says the service was quite nice and efficient (the waiter even offered my glass of wine to me as it has to return 5 minutes after my order, because it had forgotten what I had told him).
