Underneath this superb hospice are cellars open to the consumer. The historic vaulted cellars made of red brick are splendid! The first one is specialized in potatoes, the second one in wine tasting. The potatoes cooked here come from a producer in Lübeck-Wulfsdorf, less than 20 km away. They are offered in all forms: mashed, in soup, in rösti, in gratin, in the oven, etc. In short, the Kartoffelkeller aims to showcase the full potential of the potato.
