At the Kartoffelspeicher (literally "potato warehouse"), you can find Kumpirs (here simply called Ofenkartoffel): baked with Gouda cheese, the potato is garnished with vegetables and condiments of all kinds. You can refer to the menu or compose your own dish: corn, bulgur, tomatoes, onions, carrots, zucchini, etc. There are more than 30 ingredients to choose from! For the sauce: aioli, bear's garlic, herbs, tzatziki, etc. It's simple, it's healthy and it's affordable.
