A youth hostel in the Gaarden district.
Located on the eastern shore (Ostufer) of Kiel Bay, in the popular and colorful Gaarden district, this youth hostel has no particular charm. Its dormitories, common rooms and facilities are very plain. The toilets and bathrooms are on the landing. Table tennis and table soccer are available and there is free Wi-Fi throughout the hostel. There are always a lot of school groups in DJH youth hostels. The bus (line 11) connects the hostel to the train station in 10 minutes.
