This museum in a former warehouse is very interesting and very well designed. It reconstructs the history of the port and the work of dockworkers and seamen in Bremen over the last two centuries. With a post-modern approach, it provides many sensory tools to transmit the world of a commercial and industrial port (smells, objects, sound documents, video or audio testimonies of workers).
