Height is the centre of the Weserbergland (between height and Hannoversch Münden), a hill of the average Weser. There are wonderful walks along the river and through wood. The region is rural and taking the time on the small roads, as soon as you get away from the main axis, is a real pleasure. You can also take boat trips on the Weser, starting from Pitch. It's even an excellent way to discover the region.
