After the long discourses of the seller 1 Natuzzi of Paris area on " serious one, quality, quality control, ISO certification... making Natuzzi the ultimate of the manufacturers canapés" , remember a long time delivery of our sofa.
The high price and insurance given by the seller gave us to accept a high-end service from any point of view. But the delivered sofa presented faults! The 3 elements that form the were not properly aligned between them, the meridian one left through, the rembourage of the heads was not homogeneous... It is clear that no control had been made in exit factory on our sofa because the faults fried to the eyes!
The icing on the cake, we were entitled to a deplorable service deliverymen to the limit behaviour who did not know apparently the Natuzzi products, could not assembly yet succeeded in freshly making a shame on one of our walls painted!
After a to and from technicians customer service Natuzzi at our home to vainly try to correct the faults of the sofa, then note damage made by the deliverymen, then return for photos... without camera (it should have been lived to believe it!) then another era with camera... the company ART is elected by Natuzzi to look, in their workshops, the repair our new sofa! Therefore new Rendezvous report of the faults by ART this time, then remove the sofa later a few weeks, then bring it later 2 weeks. We had nevertheless managed to obtaining from Natuzzi a sofa rental.
Here we have galley for 2 months to have a sofa in conformity, we had to us available almost ten time for Meetings to our (practical when you works!) and we were irritated more than 1 time! All that because the famous " serious//quality control... " of Natuzzi is really not marked price.
We have managed to obtain the carrier the reimbursed fees sleep of the wall damaged by the deliverymen. But Natuzzi refuses any commercial compensation; it is true that a new sofa that leaves inn repair and delivery, dissatisfied guests must make themselves available at all times if they want to manage to have a sofa without fault... what could be more normal?! Ah if, as compensation is called 1 vase if you go to the shop (and why not a pen with the Natuzzi logo?!) or a commercial gesture 1 amount not specified when forthcoming purchase a Natuzzi (ideal place again an order at home...). Then for serious one//quality control/satisfaction: 0/20, but for humour: 20/20!
