LUDWIG FORUM
Museum presenting works from the last fifty years of artistic creation in a former umbrella factory.
This former umbrella factory, built in the 1920s, has been transformed into a superb museum of contemporary art. The Ludwigs were great collectors, and they prove it by presenting works spanning the last fifty years of worldwide artistic creation: from Dubuffet to Pop Art, from Rauschenberg to Jones, not forgetting the great contemporary German artists (Penck, Baselitz). The collection is presented as a kaleidoscope of a world that has grown progressively closer over the past thirty years.
