This gourmet restaurant, opened in 1977 by Jean-Claude Bourgueil, is a true paradise for gourmets. It is located in Kaiserswerth on the first floor of a baroque brick house and has been crowned with three Michelin stars from 1987 to 2006. Some of the culinary creations have become classics of the house, including the lobster of chamomile.
