Founded in 1858, this family brasserie, now run by the fifth generation, is one of the oldest in the old town. Its friendly atmosphere is appreciated by the accents - even by the heads of state. In 1999, former US President Bill Clinton enjoyed a regional dish and a few Mühlen Kölsch.
