Une des meilleurs brasserie de Cologne, un peu eloignée des établissement plus touristique du centre ville, cette derniere attire surtout des locaux et est a recommander pour son cadre typique. On peut gouter a la cuisine traditionnelle Colonaise (très copieuse) et bien sur boire des Kölsch directement sorties du fut.
