RADISSON BLU SCHWARZER BOCK
Dated 1486, Schwarzer Bock is a traditional hotel (it is said to be the oldest hotel in Germany)! It is a building with a very long history, fascinating, ask at the reception, its chronology is worth reading: you can read the historical outlines of the sites in the elevator. Everything is fine, the rooms have been renovated since 1486, and are beautiful and extremely comfortable. They offer pretty views of the square below. They are decorated with selected old furniture. A piano bar and various conference rooms. We also come here to relax in the small thermal water pools, at the beginning of the 20th century, where you can enjoy massages, water jets, relaxation, etc.
The famous writer Dostoevsky stayed there and regularly ruined himself around the gambling tables, at the casino then located in the nearby building. His misfortune, it is the case of saying so, inspired him to write the literary work The Player. To be read absolutely, if you haven't already done so.
