Situé à quelques pas de la ligne du 50ème parallèle qui traverse Mayence, le restaurant propose une carte intéressante de spécialités locales, mais surtout une belle cave pour goûter aux vins allemands entre autres. On y testera volontiers ceux de la vallée du Rhin, du Rheingau voisin. Le conseil pour l’accord des mets et des vins est judicieux.
