This is not the cheapest of Eberbach, but the house of Corsica Charlie is worth a detour! Carefully restored, it is a real gem with its low ceilings with exposed beams, its voûte in the summer (old baths) so cool in summer, and its 7 cute rooms. Charlie, after being the pupil of Paul Bocuse and having vadrouillé around the world, settled in Eberbach and offers very good cuisine… French of course, but with a clear Provençal and Mediterranean orientation. And if you have the opportunity to talk with the boss, you may tell you his passion for music and jazz.
