The Hotel de Ville is the nicest house in the Marktplatz. Its origins date back to the th century, but the magnificent facade dates back to the th century. Its frescoes include allegorical figures and heads of the most important characters in the city.
In front of the building the fountain of Neptune, rendez-vous of students. The god of the sea looks at them from his terrible eye, with 4 nymphs in the four seasons.
