This completely renovated castle built in 1847 on the Florentinerberg mountain offers an exceptional view of Baden-Baden.
Much more recent than the Altes Schloss, the new castle, whose origins date back to the 15th century, was the former residence of the Margraves of Baden. Built in 1388 on the Florentinerberg hill, it was completely renovated in 1847. Today, the listed building is owned by Kuwaiti investors who wanted to turn the castle into a luxury hotel. The castle cannot be visited, but the site is splendid and the terrace offers an exceptional view of Baden-Baden and the surrounding area.
