Welcome to the paradise of spelt! Located in a residential area, the establishment has made this cereal close to the wheat its business card. In this small coffee-bakery, everything is spelt (except drinks) and is found in all its states: in the form of bread, of course, but also of pastries, cereals, pasta… Let the boss brag about the merits of this cereal and observe the passion to animate it. It would be more digestible than wheat, and for lower glycemic index questions it would make the feeling of ad longer. It's beautiful, it's like testing. It must be said that cereal has a particular success (especially in bakery) across the Rhine. The service is very smiling, the cozy atmosphere. The frame is simple, the decoration is cleaned. We feel good. The offer is quite limited but perfectly controlled. Here the breads all have their little name like Joseph, gingerbread bread to complete flour and seeds. It is good, we approve. At midday, a dish of the day (turning around spelt, of course) is proposed. A good way to discover a new cereal with a thousand virtues and to change its habits the time of a pause or lunch.
