In the city centre of Fribourg, near Bertholdsbrunnen, the Magrizio family has taken up its neighbourhoods in this little Eiscafe. The best of the center according to the inhabitants, nothing to see with a more popular address located a little lower. And we want to believe them, if only for the kindness of the sellers who wait patiently for you to make your choice among the approximately 34 fragrances proposed. It is not a thin matter: with all these glaces ice creams with fruit, sweets and even spices, we want to try everything. Specialty? the "Benedikt XVI" created in honour of the Pope of the same name, au with notes of chocolate and nougat. The classic scents are all as good as others with a creamy texture but not too dégoulinante and very pleasant. There is also a surprise ice for children. We have to give you two tips. First, choose 2 balls or more because the proposed cornet (home as the ice of course) is better. The second, go to the bottom of the shop, pass the small hairdresser and fall on a room with seating and even a small outside. Now you know where to go if a craving for ice takes you to the downtown.
