Japanese garden featuring stone lanterns from Japan and local pebbles and boulders.
The Japanese Garden(Japanischer Garten) in Freiburg, designed by architect Yoshinori Tokumoto, was created in 1990 by three Japanese gardeners. It is a gift from a twinning arrangement between the towns of Freiburg and Matsuyama. The stone lanterns are original objects from Japan. The rest, such as the small pebbles and large stone blocks, come from the region. Traditionally, the Japanese garden is an ideal place to relax.

Petit jardin zen où passer un agréablement moment, situé lui-même dans le joli Seepark. Idéal pour faire une pause !
