The family-run business has several shops, one of which is ideally located in the Bertoldstraße, a main street which runs between the train station and the city centre of Freiburg. There is a wide range of organic breads: nut bread, potatoes, seeds, gluten-free… The shop also offers brötchen (traditional rolls), sweets and propositions proposals. The love of bread is not limited to France, and in Germany bakeries are more than mere shops where bread is sold. In fact, they are also places where the premises are being affluent at midday, to eat at a lower cost. It is therefore no surprise that the bakery offers sandwiches, pizzettes, and other salty snacks in number, on site or to take.
