PARIS-MOSKAU
German-French inspired cuisine in a historical restaurant with Biergarten in Berlin.
A former Prussian railroad signal box, this charming half-timbered house miraculously escaped destruction during the Second World War. It has housed a restaurant since the First World War and, in 1987, became the famous Paris-Moskau, a popular address for West Berlin's upper middle class. On the plate, the inspiration is Franco-German (nothing very Russian about this menu), the dishes are light, delicate and served with care. Attractive German wine list. In summer, the Biergarten is very pleasant.
