FABRICS
Tasty cuisine to be enjoyed in a charming restaurant on the banks of the Spree in Berlin.
The decoration of Fabrics, the restaurant of the Nhow Hotel, is in keeping with the pink and green pop ensemble of this ultramodern building on the banks of the Spree. The colour palette is surprising to say the least. On the plate, emulsions and delicate fish, lobster and traditional beef Rinderroulade revisit classic German cuisine. Come rather in the evening: the lunch menu is rather thin. And if you don't come to eat, still take a look at this dizzying building that defies the laws of gravity.
