Tasty Maultaschen (Swabian speciality) to be enjoyed with a Rothaus (Black Forest beer) in authentic surroundings.

A little marvel in this not very touristy neighborhood. Here, Uli the cook and Horst the smiling waiter run the "Maultaschen factory", with its Swabian specialities (South-West Germany): they look like ravioli and the legend says that they were invented by monks who wanted to eat meat during Lent, meat that they would have hidden in these ravioli. Maultaschen are served with a homemade Kartoffelsalat (potato salad). The beer will of course be Swabian Rothaus.
