Located on the 8th floor at a height of 32 meters, Golvet, with its breathtaking view of the capital, is a destination for discerning gourmets. Chef Jonas Zörner (Berlin Meisterkoch 2022 champion) delights us with refined creations, composed almost entirely of regional products. Two rather minimalist 7-course menus (one vegetarian) are available, focusing on the marriage of flavors. Zörner plays with creative compositions, serving, for example, a plate of black zucchini with cabbage and black garlic. Sober but delicious!
