In a sober, elegant setting, the menu revisits traditional Austrian specialties with talent and inventiveness. Young Austrian chef Sebastian Frank has been at the helm since 2010, and was awarded his second Michelin star in 2015. He has also published a cookbook entitled Kuk , whose name plays with sounds - cook in English - and tradition - k.u.k. being an abbreviation for the dual Austro-Hungarian monarchy. The mood is set. Vegetarian cuisine and emulsions are the order of the day. The service is impeccable.
