Chic and trendy restaurant offering excellent Schnitzel and Bavarian cuisine in Berlin.
This restaurant is at once designer, traditional, trendy and... classic. The decor, sober and minimalist, combining white tables and walls with a wooden floor, doesn't seem a priori to go well with typical Bavarian cuisine. Indeed, you wouldn't expect a large plate of Wiener Schnitzel in this setting, which is more reminiscent of molecular cuisine. Nevertheless, the Schnitzel is the best in the neighborhood. Proof that the clothes don't make the man.
